"Ah, hello my loyal villagers! Father's Day is almost upon us, and to celebrate our dear daddies (and of course Grandpappy Mayor), the town of Hemlock is hosting a Father's Day event and competition!"

"To participate, all you have to do is enter with your dad in one of the three events; a sack race, a pie-eating contest or a hide and seek competition! You do not have to enter if you don't want to, we understand, though you will all get something regardless; right mayor?"

"...Ah, Grandpappy, remember all the pies we used to eat...?"

"...Mayor...?"

"...Yes, Pappy, I would love to play hide and seek..."

"Oh dear, we've lost him... Erm... Enjoy the event everybody... I, erm, have to go take care of the mayor now... Goodbye."

The Father's Day event is officially open! We are holding a competition, and all you have to do to enter is to draw your villager and their father participating in one of the three events: the sack race, the pie eating contest or hide and seek! You will receive rewards if you win:

1st place:

Any one golden tool. Golden tools have a 100% catch rate.
A fully coloured picture of your villager and their father from

2nd place:
A flat coloured picture of your villager and their father from

3rd place:
A lineart picture of your villager and their father from

If you do not want to enter the competition, you are welcome to draw your villager's father doing anything else. Whether you enter or not you will get:

For those villagers without a father, they may use anyone they see as a father figure. If they don't have one of these, they are welcome to use someone else's father, as long as you have that person's permission.

Event ends: June 23rd

If you are entering the contest, please submit your entry to the contest folder; anything else goes in the event folder.

I have noticed alot of our members characters are without dads so I would like to clarify, the person they see as a father figure can be ANYONE, even if its their mother. Yes females can be father figures too, I meant this from the beginning.
So even if their grandma or aunt or heck a best friend come, you can still enter the competition.
